Delivery times & helpful information
When will my flowers arrive?
Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm. Business deliveries between 9am–5pm. School deliveries arrive before 3:30pm. Our drivers plan their routes each day, so we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
What if the recipient isn't home?
Please provide the recipient’s phone number and any helpful access instructions. If there is no safe place to leave the gift, it will be returned to Coastal Blooms and a re-delivery fee will apply.
What details do I need to provide?
Please check the full delivery address and recipient’s contact number. For business deliveries, include the business name. Add instructions for gates, unit numbers or access restrictions when ordering.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes! Select pick-up when ordering online and choose an available collection date.
Can you deliver to a PO box?
We cannot deliver flowers to PO boxes. Please provide a street address.
Can I order flowers ahead of time?
Absolutely! Choose your preferred available delivery date when placing your order online.
